I don't think military/social civilian should be seperate as here the military types will have to do civilian things and possibly vice versa.

This sounds really unnessecary since a faction would be forced to be both.
The faction could, of course, just focus on the civillian part but that would make them extremely vulnerable.
And having a faction with just military without any civillians just sounds flat out retarded.
